Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sustainability Program Deployment: Implement sustainability programs and strategies at both enterprise and site levels.
- Assessment Guidance: Provide guidance on sustainability assessments, including retro commissioning, LEED, and ASHRAE guidelines.
- Process and Project Design: Develop and implement sustainability processes, projects, and standards, including reviewing OPEX and CAPEX roadmaps and conducting Life Cycle Studies.
- Platform Deployment Support: Support the standardization of EMS/BMS and other sustainability platforms, including AI integration.
- Management and Development: Manage objectives and develop talent for Campus Energy managers.
- Change Management: Deliver change management initiatives, engaging leadership to support sustainability goals through effective communication.
- Training Development: Create and deploy sustainability training for site teams, engineers, and leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to add value to customers and strengthen partnerships with corporate sustainability, operations, and EHS.
- Data Management: Collect, review, and deliver sustainability data and metrics to support decision-making.
- Health and Safety Promotion: Promote health, safety, and environmental considerations in all work aspects.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Facility Management, Building Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Safety
- Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 10 years in engineering, sustainability, project management, ESG, LEED certification, utilities design and optimization, change management, lean, ASHRAE, and water stewardship.
- Preferred 15+ years with additional experience in power systems, retro commissioning, and green building design.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, commissioning, and handheld metering devices.
- Certificates: Driver’s License required; LEED certification preferred.
- Management: Reports to VP of Sustainability, manages 2-5 team members.
- Geographical Scope: All locations with up to 50% domestic travel.
